Ireland: 2-4 working days
Europe: 3-6 working days
Rest of The World: 6-9 working days
We offer free shipping around the world. We ship via An Post (the Irish postal service) worldwide.
Delivery is tracked and requires a signature. If An Post is unable to deliver your item, they will leave a delivery notification docket for you.
All orders are dispatched 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped and it is on its way.
For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount this may be.
We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit.
We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases within 14 days from delivery. All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail with the original shipping materials and original shipping invoice included.
Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for the return itself. In order to return a purchase, please contact email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Only items returned to us in perfect condition with original tags; unworn, unaltered and unwashed can be refunded.
If you wish to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once we have received the returned product, the item will be refunded. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of delivery to notify us of your exchange.

Please ensure that all goods are clearly marked as Returns.
For returns from outside the Republic of Ireland and EU please mark your shipment as ‘Irish Returned Goods’ on any customs or postal forms.
Please note: goods that are returned to us in a used or damaged state will be returned to customers at their own cost.
All sample sale items and items reduced by 50% or greater are “final sale” and they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All of our prices are shown with VAT included.
A deduction will be applied at checkout if applicable.
Customers in the Republic of Ireland and EU
- All items delivered duties paid (DDP).
- This means that the prices are inclusive of all duties / customs charges.
Customers outside EU (Rest of the World)
- All items delivered duties unpaid (DDU).
- This means that recipients could be liable for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, which may have to be paid before completion of delivery.
